Hadley is a photo and video journalist based in North Carolina. She is a Roy H. Park fellow at the University of North Carolina (UNC) - Chapel Hill where she's completing a master's degree in Visual Communication. 

Before graduate school, she worked as a staff photographer at The Salem News, a local newspaper in her home state of Massachusetts. During this time, she also served on the board of the Boston Press Photographers Association. She graduated in 2015 from Tufts University with a bachelor's degree in International Relations.  

She is available for both photo and video assignments.

Her freelance clients include The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Atlantic, Global Post, and WBUR, Boston's NPR News Station.

Her photography and multimedia work has been recognized by the Boston Press Photographers Association, the Northern Short Course in Photojournalism Contest, and the national CNHI journalism contest.
